Yes white discharge is prevalent during pregnancy for the simple reason that there is an increased blood flow to the cervix and the glands which leads to increased discharge. However presence of vaginal discharge does not mean u r pregnant. U need to do a urine pregnancy test if u r suspecting.

Some discharge does happen in pregnancy, but it should not be associated with any foul smell or altered color
