MY SON AGE IS 16M PLUS ,IN PRIMARY VACCINE SHCEDULE OF 6 10 14 WEEKS HE WAS GIVEN DTWP FROM GOVT. NOW IN BOOSTER OF 16M and ALSO DURING 4-5YR SHOULD HE BE GIVEN THE SAME DTWP +HIB+IPV OR CAN BE GIVEN DTAP+HIB+IPV. WHICH ONE IS RECOMMENDED AND ALSO HAS STRONG IMMUNITY WITH LESS SIDE EFFECTs. UNABLE TO DECIDE

You can choose to give either of the vaccine. Both vaccines are equally effective. DTWP is a whole virus vaccine and hence tends to have more side effects comparatively.
