Hi
I understand you concern and your complaints are related to acid reflux . these symptoms can be troublesome , it is great that you have modified your lifestyle which will definitely show improvement in the coming days .
One other dietary modification which you should do is to have small frequent meals rather than three large meals .
Avoid sleeping immediately after Consuming food .
As your symptoms have been persistent I suggest you should get an Upper Gi endoscopy done this is the preliminary test which may point out if there is any abnormality with your lower esophageal sphincter
futher studies if deemed necessary to find out if you have any motility disorders, test such as 24 hour ph monitoring, esophageal manometry tests can help .
You are already taking adequate treatment for your symptoms what you need is to get assessed further to find the root cause of your complaints
Next Steps
upper GI endoscopy
