Refectal bleeding and vomiting Blood

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am 20 yrs old and from 2 days i m suffuring from refectal bleeding and i am not able to stand also and yesterday night while vomiting there was some blood also. i exactly know the cause can u tell is there anything to worry about??? i am to scared
