Reduced platelets and weakness
My father in 2022 diagnosed with severe dengue in which his platelets reached 8000 only. From then till now , in certain interval of time , his platelets gets reduced...
Last to last month we checked his CBC, it was 1 lakh 16 thousand
Last month it was 1.lakh.6 thousand
And this time three days ago he had fever and extreme tiredness and his platelets were 85000 only.
He suffers from so much weakness a lot
What could we do because we show to any physician , he gives medicines , but that treatment is temporary...again he got reduction in platelets.
Please help

Platyza two times a day after food for five days.
Use of papaya leaf juice home made 10 ml three times with honey if non diabetic maintain the platelets count
Use of alovera juice, flex seeds also BENIFICIAL.

First thing we should weather it’s true thrombocytopenia or true. Then need to evaluate thoroughly. Need to look for hyperspleenism.

Aapke father ka platelet count repeatedly kam hona (especially dengue ke baad) ek important finding hai, isko sirf “temporary drop” samajh ke ignore nahi karna chahiye.
Dengue ke baad kuch patients me platelet fluctuations ho sakte hain, lekin baar-baar drop hona suggests karta hai ki underlying cause evaluate karna zaroori hai.
Possible causes:
• Post-viral thrombocytopenia
• Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)
• Bone marrow related issues (rare but important to rule out)
• Recurrent infections
Abhi jo platelet 85,000 hai — mild to moderate thrombocytopenia hai, lekin weakness + fever ke saath hai, isliye evaluation zaroori hai.

Hi, recurrent low platelets after dengue should not be assumed to be due to old dengue. A count of 85,000 with fever/weakness needs proper evaluation for causes such as current infection, viral illness, immune thrombocytopenia, liver/spleen issues, nutritional deficiency or bone marrow disorders.
