Redness on the cap of penish

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Using candid b cream and coconit oil both benefical 80 % of the problem resolved now... But looking for permannent solution so started taking fusys 150. Four derm cream used earlier was affecting adversly.... Please suggest am i on right medicine...all blood test report with dr. Lal path lab is absloutely normal...
