Redness in head of penis

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi sir/ madam, My son who is 6 years old complained of irritation during urination.. Irritation was there only for one day. Now he s fine. We also took Urine routine and culture. No pathogens were isolated in culture. But today I noticed a slight redness in head of his penis. Pls go through the attachment. NOTE : He has PHIMOSIS What could be the issue?? Does it require any treatment?? Thanku
