My baby is 9 month old. She has redness in her right eye from 3-4 days. No water is coming from eye. Also she is not rubbing frequently it's just sometime when felling sleepy. I am doing ice rub 1 time a day from last 2 day and redness is little less as compare to day one.. so do I need to use anything else until necessary or is there anything to concern about. It will go away itself by ice rub or any drip is required.Kindly suggest. Image attached

Hello good afternoon ! As per your history if there are no any other symptoms baby is active playful no itching , watery eyes and overall baby is fine then need not to worry ! Make sure you are not exposing your child to mobile or tv at all even while feeding also !! Continue cold fomentation and observe for 2 days of it’s not decreasing then consult local Pediatrician/ ophthalmologist .

Sir,it's very mild redness, that too once in a while. You can wait for it to reduce on its own.If it increases please consult. Regarding ice rub to eyes, please don't do such thing ,as it can turn dangerous because of some reflexes. No recommendation for hot or cold fomentation for eyes.
