Redness and itching under the breast

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been suffering from redness and severe itching on the vagina since a month and under the breast from one week. I cannot control the itching and it spreads day by day under the breast. Please give me suggestions on how to treat this. I was using candid b cream for vagina redness and itching, but I get it back again after some days when I stop using the cream.
