Redness and cracks on my outer foreskin

Hi ..i am 32 yrs male and got married 8 months ago and i have sex on avg of 5 times a week... suddenly from last week i noticed that my tip of foreskin had become dry and itchy and when i pull it back on penis to examine ...it sometimes burns and i am able to notice some minors cracks... i have noncircumcised penis .. it doesnt burn while i piss..
