Redial head broken and not able to rotat

In 2015 my left hand redial head got break and still now i feel stiffness and im not able to rotate my hand both the side.

How was ura hand treaed conservatively by pop cast or surgery? Any of case need to be followed by physiotherapy rehabilitation as there will be adhesion at the joint. U have to do exrcise in regular basis to lossesln the joint adhesion.... better consul physio
