Reddness and pain in foot

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Im 5 months of pregnant & I have some redness at foot & it's paining.also I had intense pain in my hands mostly at brachial part of my hands,now the pain has little reduced after applying ointment & spray. Can you please tell me why this has caused to me.I'm worried about these pains do I need to visit doctor?
