Red spots in my baby's back from this ev

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My baby is 4months old...He got red spots on his back from this evening..It look like ant bitten mark...But am sure that spots are not ant bitten...Am soo much worried about this..Pls suggest on this how to overcome.
