  4. Red spots in lower body. Could it be?

Red spots in lower body
I have 8 months old daughter. Yesterday i saw a small red pimple kind of on her leg, by today evening there are many such red pimples on her lower body.. No fever at the moment. What could it be? Couldn't see any doctor today as most of them were unavailable. Comment appreciated
