Red spots appeared on penis head
Hello, I have no means to visit a doctor and would appreciate your help. After sex with my girlfriend mostly protected although a few minutes unprotected I noticed after a few hours red spots started forming on the head of the penis. They do not cause discomfort it is just aesthetic. However this morning they seem to be more of them. What should I do. I hope it's nothing serious. Can't find anything online.
Also I noticed that they are also a few of them are on the shaft underneath the skin although most of them are on the head.
