Hello Doctor, My son 1yr 4month old and having weight of 15.6kg.He is getting some red spot in the left leg(screenshot attached)And one red spot in the left hand.Please suggest what we can do.

It's looks like either mosquito bite or allergic rash. need to have some more details.
Next Steps
consult pediatrician for detail history and examination either video consultation or in person. can give anti- histamine medicine and anti bacterial tube.
