Hi, since when is the red spot? Any watering/discharge or sticking in eye?
If small and not increasing, it can be a subconjunctival haemorrhage which will resolve itself in a week.
If such spots come repeatedly then pls visit nearest pediatric Ophthalmologist and get blood tests done.
