Red secretions from vagina

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've a constant feeling of peeing and every 4-5 hours there is some kind of red and even darker secretions from the vagina they have little odour they are similar to what is secreted when sexually excited but blood coloured. There is no itchiness or something. What should i do to get rid of it.
