Red residue after periods stopped

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had my periods which longed for 30 days . I had tried tranenxa, Trapic 650 but nothing worked. After that I had tried cosklot plus and Regestrone after that my bleeding stopped after 3 days I found reddish or yellowish residue on my pad. What to do.
