Red rashes on Pennis head causing pain

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I'm a 17 year old male. 2 days ago i was suffering from a pain in my pennis. I thought it was some pimples or something. But yesterday when i checked i found red rashes on the head of pennis. I'm also experiencing pain now. There are also white spots on that red rashes. And each day a greyish fluid like thing is found all over the head. I tried cleaning my pennis using water and in some areas i felt pain when water touched. Please help me, What should i do now ?
