Red rash in genital area and dryness

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have got an itch and red rashes on d side of my genital organ and dryness also and i have got little dryness on my scrotum area also... I have been staying in a place which has got very rainy and humid climate and water condition are also very poor... Earlier also i had this infection and the doctor prescribed me lulican and then later terbinaforce cream & some oral medicines & it healed but now the infection has resurfaced again.. Should i continue wid the same medication or not please help
