Red patches on whole body

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I've been having red patches in whole body and itching since 1 week.In starting these patches were use to appear at night and disappear in morning but after 2-3 days they have been severely appearing with fever. I got temporary relief by antiallergic - AVIL Injection IgE count is 1675 My doctor is unable to recognise my problem, please help me.
