Red patches on penis
I’m a diabetic and uncircumcised male. I have had this issue of appearance of red patches on my penis for last many years and have always been treated with an anti fungal cream. I have developed this issue again and have been advised to apply the cram and keep diabetes under check. However, I had a protected encounter a year back and after that I had multiple rapid tests for hiv at 3,6,7&12 months. All came Non a Reactive. Somehow, I seem to be linking the issues. Can someone please advice?
