Outer part of pennies skin peeling and red marks on my pennies head. Some kind of bacterial infection and pennies skin getting harder and found rashes. Even I cannot move pennies skin to behind, I found small cuts and it's very painful. Is it STD? what kind of doctor need to be considered?
