My kid is 6 month infant with 6 kg weight . From  2 day she is having red eye and rubbing eye continuously . Having infection . Kindly prescribe oral antibiotic drop and antibiotic oral.

It'll be better if you share a picture. Eye infection doesn't need oral antibiotics. Just drops are sufficient.
