Viral conjunctivitis does not need antibiotic drops. It is self limiting. You need to prevent spread to others by maintaining strict hygiene. Continue whatever antibiotic drops you are using 4 times a day for a week. Add lubricating drops every one hour. Ice compresses will make you feel better also. Use moxicip eye drops 4 times
