Red ears anytime

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Whenever i am nervous or feel insulted or any angry my ears get red hot. Also in winters they become red hot for most of the time. It becomes very emrasssing while i m in public place. Is there a permanent solution to it. I ve looked for this all around the net but nothing much helpful i got...please suggest me somthng to overcome this issue
