Red dots on the tip of penis

I have seen some red small tiny dots on the tip of the penis . I got really worried because i had unprotected sex with one of my female peer . Can you tell me the cause of it and is it really bad disease or just skin rashes . I am rrally gettin worried now coz i have never experinced this kinds of tiny dots on the tip Please help
