Red circle type near retromolar trigone
I am reaching out regarding red circular marks near the retromolar trigone area on both sides of my cheeks. I’ve attached images for your review. Background: Cheek Biting: I had a habit of cheek biting for 2–3 years before my 4 molar removal 6 months ago. Smoking History: I used to smoke regularly but quit long ago like quite for 700 days or more and smoke for 70/80 days in total occasionally ; now, I only smoke occasionally in 10/15 days. Before my recent smoking, Dentist mentioned my mouth was fine. I’m worried if these red circles could have developed within a day or two of smoking or if they might be due to past cheek bites or i am overthinking or it was there . Symptoms: sudden sharp pain in teeth /cheeks, no burning sensation, full mouth opening(3 finger), and a white line on the retromolar trigone. Current Medication: Taking Lycored and Tycovit for the white line and sensitivity paste and mouth wash. I am concerned about my oral health and would appreciate your guidance.
