My niece is 10 months old. She has developed these red bumps over her body suddenly. I want to what is wrong with her. Is this any allergic reaction or something else. She had banana pancakes in breakfast today.

Looking like mosquito bite.nothing to worry they will disappear their own. Apply calamine lotion if itching is there.
