Is the room where u stay gets hot and the baby sweats a lot??? Does ur baby have any fever??? How is the skin over rash??? Is it smooth or bumpy???
Don't worry
It may be ertythma toxicum
Some rashes come and go away
This proces continue upto 2months
For confirm diagnosis share I images of red bumps
Don't apply anything for that red rash
