Red boil on my right breast

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I got a red circular area on the top of my red breast around 20 days back. I thought its a scratch and will go on its own. Then it started getting bigger and 2 days back it exploded and pus mixed with blood came out of it. after I cleaned the pus. A hole was formed on that place. Then a layer of. Skin came. But Now the area is still red and bulgy
