Recurring vaginal yeast infection

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Symptoms are white discharge, itching, pain during pee and discomfort. This is the fourth time in 9 months that I'm experiencing such an infection. This might be because of the fact that I've not been completing the course of medicines. I stopped taking medicines as soon as I recovered. Please prescribe me some medicines that I could use for immediate relief
