Recurring vaginal yeast infection.

Hi, I'm facing recurring vaginal yeast infection (swelling, irritation, burning sensation) post intercourse. This has happened the 3rd time in last 3 months. I've had a fungal infection only once before which was 2 years ago. But after that it never repeated. Now it's 3 times in 3 months which is very uncomfortable for me. I'm not sure if it's me or him. What is the root- cause? How can I treat it effectively and prevent it from happening again? My current Gynaecologist in Hyderabad suggested candid gel the first time with itaspor capsules 100 mg for a week. Didn't seem to be a good solution for me. When it happened 2 years ago the gynaecologist properly examined me and suggested ph balancing syrup in addition to the gel and capsules. I need help! Also I will Really appreciate a good Gynaecologist recommendation in Gachibowli . Hyderabad
