Recurring UTI and stomach pain

Asked for Female, 16 Years

So I keep getting UTIs and I don't know why because I try hard to stop them. Sometimes they're really bad and I have to get antibiotics and other times they just go away. Also last night I experienced accute stomach pain when I tried to move after having sex. This problem went away after about 20 minutes of laying still. Could they be related and is there anything I can do?
