Recurring stomach pain
Hi doctors I have recurring lower abdomen pain that occurs once a 2 or 3 months and when it comes then I have to sit for atleast 30 min and then  it goes away but when i stand pain worsens all reports came normal (blood,urine,endoscopy,ultrasound)doctor said he is suspecting it to be cramps it has been 3 years now since I am having this. Any medicine that can eradicate this 100%??(I dont have any other symptoms)please suggest some medicine
