Recurring mouth Ulser

Asked for Female, 2 Years

Mouth Ulser regularly. We are giving her cripewater ,calcarea, Lanzol & Cypon drops on daily. Her Major diet is milk with pedia sure of Kesar badam. Mouth ulser maojrly affected to tongue upper and lower area. In case of mouth Ulser we have given her vigilac powder. After mouth Ulser she is unable to eat anything due to that constipation happened. Please suggest me any oral drop or medicine. Kindly help me.

2 years old child should take regular diet which the family is taking. Gradually decrease the milk in the diet and increase the regular home diet.
