Recurring anal fissure
Hi all, I was diagnosed with fissure (both anterior and posterior) through short scopy in 2014. I've had fissures on and off, but since January they have become more frequent. I had a bad case of constipation in January which caused fissure and bled for 3 weeks. It then stopped and bled a few times in Feb and March. I changed my diet and I was having semi solid bowel movement so far. However, last week I had a solid bowel movement (but not actual constipation) and the same spot of the anal fissure started hurting again. There is no bleeding yet ( I have had 5 bowel movements so far after that), but a very very mild pain. Even today I'm not constipated but the pain came back. What could be the cause? I'm worried

If the fissure has not healed COMPLETELY, the pain will persist even with soft motions. Discuss in details for proper treatment and prevention guidance.
