Recurring Acidity
Hello, I have been facing severe accidity for about a month now. I Have stopped intake of spicy and outside food, however she gets acidity daily. For a period of 10 days, she took sompras which provides relief after consulting a general physician nearby. Soon after the course, the acidity has resurfaced. Even plain dal rice also causes acidity . My meals have been regular, every 3-4 hours. Now I have again started taking sompras. The general physical I consulted, recommended endoscopy to be done. So I want to know the opinion of is that is the correct direction. Also, for such condition a doctor with which specialty needs to be consulted?

Well ..you need to have food on time..do not wait till hunger pangs.maintain proper time.  Divide your meal time to small proportions so that you dont over eat..secondly drink lots of water. ..atleast 8-10 glasses per day . thirdly.. You need to stroll for a min of 15 min after each meal...stress,tension,all these are also factors of acidity...avoid outside food, junk and oily food...better to have gone cooked food for few days.. apart from following on this method on regular basis so I think the best person in your case is to meet a Gastroenterologist and definitely get an endoscopy done thank you...
