Recurrent UTI's
I have burning in urinary tract after urination for last 1.5months. My urine culture came sterile except 1-2wbc and 4sq.epithelial cells. I have taken nitrofurantoin course for 3weeks , ciplox one week and augmentin 5days course but nothing seemed to work. I don't have any pain swelling or fever. No hematuria. Urine is pale yellow. Reports normal. Got my ultrasound and urometry done 6months back for the same. They came normal, except bladder wall thickening 5mm. I have had problem of recurrent uti since 2-3yrs of age. But this time it won't go. What should I do? Is this something serious as I have no other symptom?! I don't have any STD , also I am sexually not active. There isn't any itching either. All my kidney tests were normal. No swelling or odema. Not diabetic either.

So just you need to follow your doctors prescription and follow as he says. But since your urine has no growth then it is time you are gettin. Relieved from it.
