Dear Sir,
Recurrent fever in my son 4 years old. Approximately one and half he was suffering from fever.Fever come and go, antibiotic treatment are done.Iam here attached prescription and blood test result.Kindly suggest solution at earliest.
(Sir I can't upload more than 2 attachment.Blood test result are normal except Hb is only 10.3)

Could be urinary tract infection
Send for urine culture and course of antibiotics to be given based on the reports.
