Rectal problem
She doesn't pass stool properly and has to go to the washroom atleast 15-20 times a day but is unable to pass stool. She complains of rectal pain regularly. She has lost alot of weight and lost her appetite. She sleeps the whole day and is very lethargic throughout the day.
