Looks like you have metastatic disease with above history(not complete). Surgery in metastatic setting is a form of palliative therapy. It can reduce pain and bleeding but may not cure cancer in metastatic setting.
Next Steps
Consult with all investigations and prior reports

Hello.. As per your description, it appears that disease is a bit advanced.. What currently needs to be done is to divert the flow of stools from anus, so that the pain experienced by him will reduce as stools dont pass per anally.. It is called colostomy creation.. Any surgical oncologist near you would be able to help you out for this.. Its a small surgery where a portion of bowel is taken out on skin so that stools pass from there.. You may continue rest chemotherapy and radiotherapy afterwards.. This would be a good palliation for him..
Next Steps
colostomy surgery
Health Tips
