Homeopathy during breastfeeding
Female, 30
I am currently breast feeding (10 week old baby), I have anal fissures. Is it safe to use homeopathy medicines during breastfeeding? I was using Pilgo tablet before pregnancy for piles. Will it affect my baby in anyway? Pls suggest me asap.
