My wife is being diagnosis for UTI, with prescribe medicine her fever comes and goes but headache is still same from last 3 days.

headache in uti may be due to fever body pain and dehydration. It can be any of these causes. Once she recovers completely from the illness headache will settle. Make sure she drinks 3 to 4 litres of fluids per day. If fever and headache is persisting even after starting antibiotic then may be she's developing resistance to the drug and might need to change it.
