You are lucky not to have suffered a major heart attack - cocaine use is one of the well known causes of coronary vasospasm leading to a heart attack in users. Over the counter medications are unlikely to help with pain and may cause adverse effects. It would be best to have a cardiologist monitor your symptoms and treat appropriately.
