Recommendation for protein supplements
Hi Doctor, I am 20 weeks pregnant. Having gestational diabetes. Can you recommend any good commonly available protein supplements which does not have sugar and is safe for pregnancy. I cannot have mothers horlicks since it has sugar.

Natural source of protein are the best preferred: Paneer, cheese, chicken, soya and egg are rich ones. Take according to your food preference and weight. As far as supplements are concerned, There lots and lots of powder diskittes protein bar available. Check the amount of protein, taste and ur requirement and select accordingly
