Have been in contact with Covid positive patient 8 days ago. Herself is Diabetic n HT patient. She had fever for one day @100.9. now no fever since past 4 days. Fatigue is there otherwise no other symptoms except for dry cough since today morning. SpO2 is 98. Is there anything to worry n should she take any test?

You don't need to get any test or worry at this stage. For fever, you can take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg as required for fever. Fatigue and dry cough may last for few days and it usually resolves on its own.
However, check her saturation regularly (Target >94%). Also, Check fasting blood sugar and blood pressure. It's important that her blood pressure and blood sugar are controlled as they are major risk factors for severe infection.
