Receding gums can’t be reversed by taking meds....
But bleeding gums can be reversed. If u have the same
Use gum paint (stolin) and mouthwash (chlorhexidine based )
Next Steps
Try n make a visit to the dentist
Getting scaling done may be helpful if the recession is due to swelled gums or growing calculus/ tartar in the gums
Or u may have to go for advanced procedures such as flap surgery and /or bone grafting
Health Tips
Find a specialist when u search a dentist( a periodontist )
