Reason for missed abortion
Good evening..i have took scan on 8th week of pregnancy baby growth was gud n heart beat is 182. When i go for nt scan on 11 week they have told no heart beat n missed abortion.but i don't have bleeding or pain anything like that. Even i took rest n proper diet. What could be the reason. Age is 35 and have a history of endometriosis.is this is the reason for this. Even if i get conceive again i will face same issues.kindly advice.

Sometimes reasons for missed abortion is not known .but as a dictum early pregnancy loss is due to embryonic cause and late onset pregnancy loss is due to uterine cause.dont worry.but try and do a karyotyping or microarray to know the chromosomal reasons for it
